Who we are
Multi-Family Buying Group is a South Florida real estate buyer focused on one thing: residential multifamily. Duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and apartment buildings, in whatever condition they are in.
We started this company because owners of small multifamily properties are badly served by the usual options. Retail buyers and lenders want clean, updated buildings. Most "we buy houses" companies want single-family homes. The owner of a tired fourplex with two problem tenants and an open code case is left with nowhere to go.
How we work
- Straight answers. If your property is a better fit for a listing, we will tell you.
- Written offers. Every offer is in writing, based on the property as it is.
- Respect for tenants. Walkthroughs are scheduled with proper notice. Leases and deposits transfer at closing.
- Clean closings. Every sale closes through a Florida title company.
- No pressure. Requesting an offer never obligates you to sell.
What we are not
We are not real estate agents or brokers. We do not list properties, represent sellers, or charge commissions. We buy properties directly, for our own portfolio or with investment partners.
Where we buy
Our home market is South Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We also review multifamily properties throughout Florida.
